D’Chillers as the name sounds is an idea that came while having a session at a beauty parlor. There are several activities businesses and individuals get involved with that takes their focus off their primary duty.
Tomi, after many years of working in different industries at top management position has been able to identify that these activities can be taken off companies and handled by competent organizations.
Activities such as dealing with who fixes the ac, cuts the grass, clear the toilets , provide meals for trainings, search for training venue, etc. even activities such as the one I was having while this idea came. The time and energy taken to focus on stuffs like those could have been spent on what your company originally set out to do. Of course, Emails, phones calls, meetings are enough headaches by themselves; you really don’t have a reason to add some extra burdens.
The above basically is what birthed D’ Chillers. Meaning, you ‘’chill’’ while certain stress are taken off you.
